How to be a member
Membership is voluntary and open to all professionals, most especially in the higher education sector, that have a genuine interest in promoting national development and sustainability guided by the Futures thinking perspective.
Before starting the application, make sure you have prepared the following:
- One-page curriculum vitae (here is the sample) in PDF file.
- Picture of proof of membership fee payment (PHP 1000 for first-time members; PHP 500 for annual dues, PHP 5000 for lifetime membership) JPEG file format

To start the application, follow the proceeding steps:
- Fill-out the online application form. Applicants will be required to answer a short survey. Take a screenshot of the confirmation sent to your email after submitting the survey.
- Upload the One-page CV.
- Upload the electronic picture.
- Upload the proof of payment.
- Submit the application form.
After submission, the Membership Committee will review the application and submit it to the Executive Officers for final approval.
